Hortipak When you receive your products: Please open all boxes immediately and check the contents. Incorrect Labels Received: If you receive defective or incorrect products we will replace or credit you as appropriate. Please contact us within 28 days from receiving the goods. We will issue an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) and send you a RMA form that contains the details of the products that are being returned.
We will send you the replacement labels and will pay the carriage costs both ways.
If you have made an error and ordered the wrong products (except special ordered, quoted and non-stock), and you wish to return them, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the goods. We will issue an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) and send you a RMA form that contains the details of the products that are being returned and we will exchange or credit as appropriate, less the cost of carriage.
Please note a £10 or 10% restocking charge (whichever is the greater) will apply to all products returned due to order error. For all special orders, quoted and non stock returns, please contact your Sales Coordinator.
Please DO NOT return any products without enclosing the RMA form with your products.
RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting a sales representative listed below.
The RMA form can be sent to you via email or fax.
Items returned without an RMA number CANNOT be credited. This system is necessary to ensure that you receive the proper credit in a timely fashion.
Duty of 'reasonable care': The customer has a duty to take 'reasonable care' of the goods if they are to be returned. Labels must be clean, undamaged, bundled accurately and fit for resale. We adhere strictly to our Return Policy.
